BGI Renovation · Interior Design & Furnishing

Your property,
transformed from A to Z.

Every commission begins with the property itself. We visit the site, study its architecture, proportions, light, circulation and existing condition, then listen carefully to what the client wants the space to achieve.

The brief is shaped around real use: a private home, a business asset, a short-term rental or a long-term residence. We establish the preferred character—luxury, contemporary, minimalist, hotel-inspired or comfortably residential—or provide full creative direction when the client wishes BGI to lead.

Budget and timing are treated as design parameters from the outset. Once the visual direction, palette and storyboard are approved, BGI coordinates sourcing, specialist execution, installation and styling through to a turnkey handover.

How we workA clear, architecturally informed process—made effortless for the client.
01
Site consultation

We visit the property to understand the architecture, existing conditions, natural light, circulation, opportunities and practical constraints.

02
Purpose & lifestyle brief

We define how the property must perform—for personal living, business use, short-term hospitality or long-term occupation—and who will experience it.

03
Style, budget & programme

We agree the investment level, delivery timeframe and preferred language: luxury, contemporary, minimalist, hotel-inspired or warmly residential. Clients may guide the style or entrust the creative direction to BGI.

04
Concept & storyboard

We present the design narrative through spatial ideas, colours, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture and key references so every decision can be understood before execution.

05
Approval & delivery

Following approval, the scope, selections and schedule are coordinated with appointed specialists. BGI monitors progress, quality, costs and design intent throughout.

06
Installation & turnkey handover

We complete installation, styling and final quality review, then hand over a finished property ready to live in, welcome guests, rent or operate.

One brief. One accountable point of contact. One finished result.A high-touch, hassle-free experience designed to protect the client’s time, budget and peace of mind.

BGI acts as your owner representative. Specialist works are delivered by appointed qualified contractors and suppliers.
