Who can apply?
Individuals and companies with relevant buyer or investor connections may apply. Acceptance and eligibility are subject to BGI’s review, the signed agreement and applicable requirements. Referral participation is not a real-estate brokerage appointment.
How is a referral registered?
Introduce your buyer or investor to BGI with their permission. BGI will confirm the referral registration and applicable terms. Share the introduction before the transaction proceeds.
How are my partnership terms agreed?
Terms are agreed privately for each referral, taking into account your contribution to completing the transaction. Any financial arrangements are documented separately in writing before proceeding.
When will I be paid?
Payment follows completion of the agreed transaction requirements and BGI’s receipt of cleared commission from the developer. The signed agreement sets the applicable payment timing. BGI does not promise payment before receiving its commission.
Which UAE off-plan transactions qualify?
Eligibility depends on the project, developer policies, transaction conditions and signed agreement. BGI confirms the terms for each referral individually.
Can I refer a resale property buyer?
Yes, you may submit the introduction for review. Resale transactions are assessed individually and their commission terms must be agreed separately.
What about international property referrals?
International referrals are assessed individually according to the market, transaction type and relevant partner arrangements. Confirm eligibility and commission terms with BGI before proceeding.

Referral eligibility, commission percentage and payment timing are subject to the signed BGI Referral Partner Agreement, transaction type, developer policies and receipt of cleared commission by BGI. Resale and international transactions are assessed individually. Participation does not authorize a referral partner to represent themselves as a licensed BGI real-estate broker or agent.
